Here's a simple throw in from our side. The Hartford Stadium is a great soccer stadium- very few bads seats and it's a bowl so it really feels like you are in on the action.
USA scores first! Maurice Edu tapped in from close range after a nice ball played on from the left wing from a free kick. Buddle didn't offer much up front in the first half but Gomez came in with energy in the second half and played well.
Here Steve Cherundolo AKA Dolo (thanks, P Scott Chandler) takes care of the ball on the right wing. He's got Spector behind him and Holden offering support in the middle. It seems that Dolo will be the starting right back- he's played solidly in the warm-up games and Spector has been horrible.
